Rovinj is easily reached by air through Zagreb/Pula/Trieste International airports, as well as by car from northern Italy and most of Central European countries. There are also daily direct flights to Zagreb from majority of European capitals (Zagreb-Rovinj connection: bus 2,5-5h, depending on route and/or bus operator) or connecting flights to Pula, via Zagreb by Croatia Airlines. Pula airport is well served by budget airlines that operate from many parts of Europe, either directly, or via the UK. You can reach Rovinj from Pula city center (reachable from the airport by taxi service) by public bus in less than an hour. For participants arriving to Venice airport, boat connection between Venice and Rovinj (less than 3 hours) also might be convenient.
